Job Description
· Build and lead the BCSA PR and marketing plan through to execution within the agreed budget. Ensure the plan is aligned with the broader Group Strategy across the organisation
· Own the various external channels that best drives awareness and client conversion (including agencies, website, etc.)
· Ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels
· Events / Awards / Associations: ensure BC is well represented at the relevant events globally. These includes both events BC exhibits but also where the sales team participates / measuring what success looks like and relevant KPIs
· Develop and execute playbook on Executive events such as CEO dinners, F1, ‘experiences’ for key clients
· Build a community for our clients (maybe through events we host) – with a vision of developing this to showcase our solutions / innovation and why we are market leaders in our field
· Ensure we are well presented / positioned externally to both clients and regulators
· Deep understanding of our solutions and our DNA given we are a European bank (with all the regulatory oversight and market positioning that comes with being a bank)
· Build close collaborations across the organisation especially within the Sales and Product functions
Client conversation is key and the role needs to develop and track KPIs used to measure success
Job Requirements
· 10+ years of experience and proven track record of successfully executing events and marketing strategy within the banking industry
· A degree in Marketing or related disciplines
