Job Summary:
• Gross Salary: $2,800 to $5,000+
• Working Days: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
• Actively source for suitable candidates through internal database, applications, referrals, networking, job portals and social media platforms.
• Specialization by category (temporary, permanent, executive staffing) and industry options available.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing for resumes, arranging interviews, offer management, conducting reference checks if required, etc.
• Perform cold-calling to grow, manage and develop candidate base.
Requirements:
• Candidates with no experience may apply as training will be provided.
• Strong passion for recruitment and sales driven.
• Candidates must have some basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
