We are hiring on behalf of our client an experience HR Executive to be based in Singapore for their APAC operation. This position is on hybrid work arrangement with the office centrally located.
Responsibilities:
- Full scope of HR operations in the day-to-day support which include onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll management, work pass application and any other new project initiatives
- Support HRIS database and other HR systems
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Generate HR reports and analytic for strategic planning
- Serve as employee support on enquiries for HR matters
Ideally holds a Diploma in Human Resource disciplines with relevant working experience in corporate environment. Working knowledge of SuccessFactor will be an added advantage.
