- Working location: Tan Boon Liat Building (Near Havelock MRT)
- Working days & hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
- Salary range: Technical Officer (2200-2800), Senior Technical Officer (2600-3500) + transport allowance
Requirements:
- At least 2 years working experience.
- With own motorbike / car
- Able to cleared for camps access, meet G50 clearance
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
- Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
- Mentor a team of service team members.
- Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
- Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
- Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
