Position: Boutique Store Manager (Luxury Retail)
Salary: $7,000 - $9,000 + OT + Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus
Location: Multiple Location
Working Hours / Days: Retail Hours
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily store operations and supervising a team of retail associates.
- Ensuring visual merchandising and housekeeping are kept to company standards.
- Maintaining a high standard of personal and team members grooming & appropriate conduct.
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image.
- Establish regular contacts with existing and new customers, maintain healthy customer relationships, and keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
- Manage inventory and company assets, recommending to the Retail Manager orders of inventory.
- Working closely with the Retail Manager on sales activities and being part of store events. Constantly providing constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.
- Proactively give suggestions to drive store traffic and activities.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in store management in a high-end retail environment.
- Prior experience in the luxury retail industry will be an added advantage.
- Passion in the retail industry, good communication, and leadership skills.
- Pleasant and cheerful personality with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to commit to rotating shifts, including PHs and weekends.
