Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues
- Manage and process all expense claims
- Provide support in month end closing
- Assist in quarter GST reporting
- Perform daily accounting data entry
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Organized and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Has working knowledge of GST
- Highly computer literate with capability in MS Office and Office 365
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or relevant diploma
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience
- Must have working knowledge of Mandarin
- Knowledge in Accounting Software, ERP preferred
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
