UpSell is a performance marketing agency. We sell packages to interior designers to help them get ahead and stay ahead of the competition and continuously bring in high quality leads. Having worked with many big and small interior design companies, including esteemed clientele like Livspace (Singapore's Biggest Interior Design Company), Interior Times (Over 100 Sales Interior Designers, Featured in Jack Neo Movie), etc, we boast a close to 100% customer satisfaction rate, and are looking for a sales executive to join our team.


Imagine this:

You are a sales executive in UpSell. Instead of having to find ways to get your own leads, as a performance marketing agency, you get many warm, interested customers to work with. You diligently perform your roles as you are an aspiring sales person and want to achieve the sales targets for career growth and more important because of your own roles. Firstly, you conduct messages and phone calls to chat with them and find out more about their position to see if we can help. Since the response is positive, you arrange a session to head down to the customer showroom and speak to them. You have a fantastic customer, and you both have a great fruitful conversation and you close a deal. As a result of your ability to explain to your customer and provide a useful solution he actually needs, you get paid a high commission. You slowly master the sales skills and become more and more adept, which means you can spend less time at work, but make more. Customer praises you sinvce you have a great product, and enjoy renewals and referrals on top of new sales! Since we work with high ticket deals, you can enjoy working less time but leverage on your expertise to get more income.

If yes, this is what your roles and responsibilities looks like:

  • Work with CRM tools to engage, keep track of, and move forward deals
  • Conduct sales calls, zoom meetings, in person meetings with presentation slides prepared by UpSell
  • Work proactively with initiative and make full use of leads provided to you
  • Prepare and send out invoices and follow up with customer to collect payments
  • Sell with integrity, making sure to put customers needs in mind to create win-win solutions
  • Respond promptly to customers as part of after sales service to ensure high customer success and satisfaction rates


However, we have some requirements:

  • At least 1 year sales experience
  • Strong ability to articulate words in chinese and english
  • Willingness to understand technical terms to achieve products
  • Willing to travel to location to meet customer
