Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales person & subcontractor (external) on product specification and delivery timeline.
- Coordinate closely with sales department, operations department & workshop in regards to work progress and delivery timeline.
- Prepare quotation for potential job order.
- Prepare documents for truck and equipment delivery.
- Ensure billing accuracy via GBE system.
- Prepare requisition through ERP system.
- Review supplier payment for GBE work done.
- Assist in other administrative functions.
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years' experience in similar capacity.
- Willing to work at Tuas area.
- Willing to work 5.5-day alternate Saturday.
- Meticulous, resourceful, and responsible team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
