Job Specifications (HR / Accounts – Payroll Support)
· Tracking and monitor employees’ attendance, update leave record and claims.
· Prepare and execute the monthly employee payroll. This includes the monthly calculation and verification of work and overtime hours and to prepare the necessary documents for the annual income tax submission for all employees.
· Submission of Tax Clearance IR21.
· Prepare CPF E-submission.
· Preparation of IR8A form and personal income tax submission.
· Liaise and follow-up with school on student internship (Polytechnic and University)
Submit application and grant submission.
· Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
· Qualification: with LCCI Certificate / University graduate are welcome.
