Job Type: Contract - 6 months / Hourly Rated / Max $13 per hour

Job Description :
- Support the various administrative and operational needs of the department
- Liaise with internal and external partners to facilitate the implementation of dept’s activities, e.g. Organisation events.
- Support some design and development work for videos and communication pieces that STO is preparing for – this would include video editing and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) design; and disseminate them to relevant parties.
Job requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Organised and meticulous
- Ability to work collaboratively within organisation and with external partners
- Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work
- Preferably, relevant experience in video editing and design work
Other information:
- Working Hours: 5 day work week
- Contract Period: 6 Months
- Salary: $13/hr
- Work Timings: Mon - Thu: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Fri: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
