Location : Irrawaddy Road
Position : Personnel Officer (Talent Management), Talent and Performance Division, Manpower Department
Contract period : Jul 24 – Jul 25 (1 year)
Working hours :
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 6.00pm
Fridays : 8.30 am to 5.30pm
Saturdays : Day Off
Lunch : 1 hour
Min Qualification : Diploma level - salary ranges from $2,500 - $3,500 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience. Candidate should be proactive, comfortable engaging stakeholders, and proficient in Excel.
Your duties and responsibilities include but are not restricted to the following:
Includes but not limited to:
• Monitor manpower situation and proactively plans for manpower support.
• Engage both internal and external stakeholders on the deployment and secondment plans of SPF officers.
• Administration of Annual Security Declaration and related matters
• Administration of Employment Restriction policy and related matters
• Assist with system related HR functions
