Key Responsibilities:
- Develop New Business: Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion, with a focus on acquiring network clients in branding, media, and digital marketing sectors across ASEAN and China.
- Regional Team Management: Lead, manage, and evaluate the performance of the regional team operating in the ASEAN region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Support Growth Initiatives: Provide strategic support to drive the growth of our regional consulting business, as well as foster development in key markets such as Singapore and Indonesia.
- Strengthen Media and Martech Networks: Enhance the ASEAN media network by leveraging digital media expertise and solutions from other Group companies. Similarly, strengthen the ASEAN martech network by leveraging mar-tech knowledge, solutions, and technology within the Group.
- Digital Transformation: Drive the Group's digital transformation agenda by implementing intelligent consumer data systems, media tools, DX (Digital Transformation) knowledge, and resources across all countries and offices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development and team management, with a focus on the ASEAN markets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, media, and brand development trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
