To perform the customer services duties such as:
- Manage and reply to the public or commuters' enquiries on taxi related matters.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Acknowledging and resolving public or commuters' enquiries/feedback.
Job Requirement
- GCE"O" Level
- Proficient in MS Office
- Team player
- Able to multitask.
- Able work with minimal supervision
