Job Description
- Able to manage an ELV project independently and familiar with system Integration works; which includes project planning, project implementation, testing and commissioning.
- Responsible to guide site activities, coordination and supervision works.
- Ensure M&E services are installed correctly and to the correct specification.
- Monitoring working practices, managing contractors and report lack of compliance to project manager.
- Ensure compliance with Work Health, Safety, and Fire.
- Provide troubleshooting and maintenance support.
- Liaise with consultants, architect, and contractors and handle relevant technical matters.
- Must have relevant experience in one or more of the following ELV fields: Security and Surveillance System, Access Control & Intercom, Integrated Smart Home, BMS, etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement/ Qualification
- Diploma and/or Degree in Electrical and Electronics, IT, or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant working experience
- Possess good understanding of Building Services / Network / Communication Protocol and ELV System
- Familiar with AutoCAD Drawing (Added advantage if can draw/edit drawing using AutoCad)
