Product Knowledge
- Understand the basic information and function for all mobile phones.
Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and services to meet their needs.
- Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty.
Housekeeping
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.
Other Information
- 6 days working per week (11am – 9pm), 1 day off.
- Able to arrange your own preferred off days.
- Training will be provided.
- Annual salary increment & Bonuses!!
- Attractive Commission (no target needed).
Requirements
- 1-2years retail sales background experience will be an advantage.
- Candidate with no relevant experience also welcome as trainee
- Min Diploma and Degree in any field for foreigners’ applicants only due to insufficient quota.
- Singaporean / Singapore PR / LTVP are also welcome!
