Provide Service to Customers
· Provide professional and courteous service to all customers.
· Handle customer feedbacks, in the most appropriate manner, with operational guidelines.
· Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs when they enter the store.
· Answers incoming calls as per operations standard.
Perform Sales Transactions
· Retails sales jewellery.
· Perform sales transactions.
· Handle all payment.
· Proactively utilize strategic selling and customer excellence skills to achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Stock Inventory and Visual Merchandise
· Housekeeping of the store.
· Maintain outstanding store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
· Ensure stocks are displayed and merchandised in a timely and attractive manner at all times.
Administration
· Assist in stock documentation.
· Assist with simple procurement for the store – stationery, printing papers, ordering receipts for printing, pantry supplies.
