Develop, implement, support and monitor NMR (New Mobility Retail) Technical improvement / roll-out programs and projects to meet the group standards for engineering, construction and maintenance, in close collaboration with the NMR Technical Manager:
Project Development phase:
• Reviewing and approving the technical part of investment files from the affiliates
• Participate in the development/design phase of the projects while ensuring coordination with affiliates
• Define and make sure that all the global and local procedures, HSE & technical standards, tools and documents necessary for the deployment of the project, are known and applied by the affiliates
• Implement and make sure that framework contracts are known and used by the affiliates
Project Execution phase:
• Organize the assistance and visits of the affiliates
• Define, in collaboration with the affiliates, structured action plans (objectives, internal organization, assistance, tools) and accompany their implementation
• Validate the country objectives and challenge the targets (number of projects, design, typology of the solutions)
• Ensure compliance with HSE, engineering and construction standards
• Monitor progress and ensure reporting with KPIs, identify delays and support affiliates to achieve the target
Expertise, training, best practices & zone activities follow-up:
• Be the expert of the zone for NMR Technical activities (projects & operations)
• Coordinate with HQs (HR Training, HSE and Tech Team), the training of the concerned affiliates staff
• Increase technical skills of employees by animating the digital technical community (webinars, yammer…)
• Carry out the REX and organize the internal benchmarks on the practices and the results.
• Report progress, optimizations and best practices to the zone management as well as Paris HQ.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor Degree in the discipline of engineering
• At least (3) years solid experience in retail and/or new mobilities construction and maintenance management.
• Hands on experience in the computerized maintenance management system
• Knowledge of TotalEnergies procedures, design and equipment standards, norms and their application would be appreciated
• Multicultural transverse management skills
• Pedagogical capabilities to train users on a product, process or equipment
