- Overall responsible for day to day operation of the dormitory.
- Implements all maintenance of the facility and manages all housekeeping and maintenance duties carried out to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
- Responsible to provide guidance on the preferred communication method to resolve operational, event and dormitory regulatory issues at the dormitory.
- Liaise and coordinate with Government Agencies such as MOM, NEA, SCDF etc.
- Manages the medical support plan for the dormitory (additional due to COVID-19 measures)
- Oversee the premise’s cleanliness and maintenance.
- Comply with safety regulations and security measures for store operations and dormitory.
REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
