About our client: Our client is a manufacturer of offshore drilling and production equipment that is well-suited for use in deepwater applications.
About the role:
- Assist the planners and buyers on administrative works and in expediting materials.
- Create purchase orders work orders, and eeering document waivers, etc, for admin support.
- Monitor and collaborate with vendors on the purchase order delivery on schedule.
- Follow up on past-due purchase orders and collaborate with vendors for recovery.
- Support and assist admin work assigned.

- Work location: Tuas (pick-up transport provided)
- Work hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5.15pm)
