Job Responsibilities:
- Take in reservations and enquiries.
- Greet and welcome every guest into the restaurant.
- Present menu and share promotions and special dishes to the customers.
- Take food and beverage orders, repeat orders to guests and inform guest of estimated time to serve.
- To prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons accurately & promptly
- Oversee a team of servers.
- Key in orders into the system.
- Process payment and check bills.
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
- Assist manager in planning and organizing if there is an special event.
- Check food and beverage inventories consistently.
- Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures.
- Complete opening, operating, and closing procedures.
- Handle problems with cashier payments.
- Escalate guests complain to duty manager if unable to conduct service recovery.
- Implement plans to deliver excellent service for outlet.
Job Requirement:
- Relevant experience working in cafe or bistro will be an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and willingness to learn new items on food and service.
- Must have sound F&B knowledge and Food Hygiene Certificate.
