Job Description:
• Provide support to the medical staff recruitment activities (arrange interview, preparation of contract / letters and other onboarding process), data maintenance, employee engagement activities as well as other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Assist with requests from staff such as updating of particulars, dependents, requests for LOG/LOC etc
• Other admin duties such as nametag ordering, e-payment and arrangement of get-well basket, filing
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Business Studies / Human Resource Management
• At least 1-2 years of HR experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications / SAP or Success Factor
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage staff across all levels
