Salary: $3200 - $3800

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-boarding and new hire orientation on HR Policies, internal procedures and regulations
- Managing the training materials for onboarding associates’ product training
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications
- Generating official internal documents such as Employment Contract, Appointment letters, Warning letters
- Handles operational-related inquiries, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Manages escalation arising from the survey operation team
- Conduct Offboarding procedure to the associates
- Consolidate weekly / month reports
- Liaising with respective Project Managers and headquarter colleagues for follow ups
- Creating employee engagement plans and initiating activities
- Maintains compliance and knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and employment law.
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database, safekeep confidential documents to respective folders and housekeeping
- Performs other duties as assigned
