• Responsible for supervision of accounts receivable functions at both the entity and group levels. Assist in month-end closing activities and support yearly audit activities.
• Keep track of customer payments, ensuring accurate application to outstanding invoices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the AR function.
• Evaluate and establish credit limits for new and existing customers.
• Review credit terms and conditions and make recommendations for adjustments.
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts receivable. Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
• Provide regular status report of outstanding receivables to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in credit control, treasury management, or related roles preferably in manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software applications.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Office: Jurong/BoonLay | Mon – Fri: 8:30am to 5:45pm
• Monthly Salary + AWS + Bonus
