Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of admin/general affairs function (i.e. Office equipment, pantry/stationery management)
- Verify and process expense claim and tax invoices.
- Support general office matters as and when necessary (i.e. repair, upgrade, improvement)
- Arrange air ticket, hotel booking, logistics arrangement, visa application
- Maintain company memberships and subscriptions
- Support & liaise various reports submission to HQ
- Assist with company event arrangements
- Support group compliance matter
- Support & assist employees to communicate with ICT support and external IT vendor
- Handle ICT maintenance contracts matters
- Maintain and manage list of IT equipment and IT contract
- Coordinate with the email vendor on email address matters (password reset, change setting) and manage email (liaison with HQ ICT department)
- Liaise with IT vendors for on-site service and manages its related documents and contracts.
- Support pantry & stationery management in ordering and maintaining
Requirements
- Minimally Diploma holder in any discipline, business administration would be preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Office Administration/Management
- Keen eye for details, independent and proactive
