Responsibilities
- Lead team including service technicians to meets the objectives
- Manage and coordinate projects, identify resources requirement, and create strategies to deliver projects effectively within budget.
- Implementing engineer designs and projects effectively and cost efficiency while meeting the correct timelines and customer expectations
- Ensure all team members are comply with workplace safety standards and regulations and Manage safety-related concerns and documentation (such as Workplace Safety and Health, OSHAS & ISO implementations)
- Provide mentorship to the service team, fostering confidence and independent thinking through positive reinforcement.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of industry standards, product specifications, and company services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining relationships, upselling products and services, and promptly addressing customer concerns or complaints.
- Support or work on administrative tasks
- Resolve issues, enhance productivity, and improve customer service methods.
- Monitor departmental issues and complaints from customers to identify and resolve problems arise.
- Conduct regular audits of work and customer service to maintain quality standards and ensure effective repairs.
- Supervise team members conducting inspections, preparing reports, and performing repairs, intervening when necessary to uphold work quality.
- Identify areas for improvement in service and project management and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management on performance and development.
- Identify potential business opportunities.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Service and Maintenance, particularly in fire safety and smoke control.
- Experience managing or dealing with building management authorities is advantageous.
- Strong customer-facing abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills.
- ·Previous work experience as an Operations Manager or in similar role.
