Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Operations Team Lead to join their Warehouse Operations team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure staff follow operational procedures.
- Resolve daily operational issues promptly.
- Delegate tasks and prepare reports.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and verify financial transactions.
- Authorize overtime when necessary.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of warehouse operations experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Power BI will be a bonus
