Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Retrieval of new transport requests
- Updating database on the new transport requests
- Creation of WhatsApp chatgroups with the details of requests for CPO’s confirmation
- Maintaining and updating weekly transport schedule
- On standby to fetch children aged one to 18, including those with special needs, behavioural issues, etc, for the purpose of the child’s schooling, medical/psychological assessments, and appointments and access with parents.
Assist with other admin work and ad-hoc duties which may be assigned by supervisor
