Responsibilities:
- Handle all communications and documentations in regards to Town Council matters.
- Maintain records and files and ensure they are organised.
- Ensure that the particulars of tenants and property owners are up to date.
- Follow the directives of the Town Council and manage insurance plicies
- Notify the Town Council when any notices are served from government bodies.
- Manage common property and facilities usage and grant approvals when needed.
- Issue notices to property owners, tenants or other uses where breaches in Town Council bylaws occur.
- Facilitate applications and liase with government departments where official approval is needed.
- Manage applications, permits, waivers, and handle appeals, making sure they align with the Town Council standards.
Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level in any field with 1 year of administrative support experience
- Has an eye for detail and possess a dynamic, committed attitude with strong sense of initiative
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working hours : Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am to 12pm (5.25 days work week)
