Our client is a Shared Services Company managing F&B Operations. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Human Resource Executive to be part of their HR Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Duties of Human Resource Executive:
- Handle employment administration tasks like drafting contracts and HR correspondence.
- Coordinate confirmation and performance reviews.
- Manage employee leave, claims, and attendance.
- Liaise with insurance agents for various insurances and claims.
- Process payroll, CPF submissions, and tax filings.
- Update statutory information and handle government claims.
- Conduct meaningful employee engagement activities.
- Support employee welfare initiatives and company events.
- Generate monthly HR reports.
- Document HR processes.
- Manage employee exit processes.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Full Spectrum HR and strong with Payroll Processing
