Responsible for the management of projects and focus on meeting project commitments ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Ownership for the allocated projects and to ensure that the project’s objectives are met.
- Lead the design, planning, implementation, and testing of projects
- Facilitate the definition of project objectives, goals tasks and resource requirements
- Ensure a high level of fiscal/cost control and accountability for project budget
- Manage resource allocation and responsible for assembling for the project staff
- Facilitate the service levels and customer requirements
- Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and develop plans for improving delivery
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes
- Resolve and assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas
- Efficient project monitoring and to provide corrective supervision if necessary
- Provides the overall project schedule and review conformance during the course of the project
- Manage, lead and develop a team of project/site engineers
- Provide mentoring, coaching and direction setting to team members
- Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent;
- With 3 or 5 year's relevant experience in related industry;
- Knowledge in project management is a must;
- Strong customer focus,team player, independent and result-orientated;
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels;
- Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset;
- Demonstrate abilities to work in a fast paced environment and able to work in cross functional teams.
