Administrative Executive
Support the fund raising function such as donation collection & counting, grant application and grant reimbursement
Support the audit and corporate secretarial matters
Support office administration and operations including procurement, facility management and safety matters
Support Human Resource matters
Support initiatives to meet Blossom Seeds’ sustainability and growth
Other ad-hoc assignments.
Pre-requisite:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role or equivalent
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) & Google Workspace
Written and verbal communication skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Able to operate in team and work independently
Basic accounting skills
Prior charity’s experience will be advantage
