Responsibilities:
- Manage all correspondence regarding common property matters, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Keep thorough records of common property activities.
- Update the registry of property owners and tenants.
- Assist in obtaining and managing insurance policies, following instructions.
- Notify relevant parties of received notices and provide copies as needed.
- Regulate the use of common property and recreational facilities, adhering to policies.
- Issue notices to property occupants for compliance with bylaws.
- Coordinate with government agencies for official matters.
- Process permit applications, waivers, and appeals according to guidelines.
Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level in any field with 1 year of administrative support experience
- Has an eye for detail and possess a dynamic, committed attitude with strong sense of initiative
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
