Job Responsibilities
- Generate incremental volume and maximizing margin contribution to all SOC business within the overall network
- Handle SOC tender contracts/ RFQ submission
- Responsible for assigned countries’ production in meeting weekly target sets
- Gather market prospect/ business opportunity for service study
- Daily field sales visit
- To set up account expectation using monitoring tools, and ensure MLOs meet their support expectation
- To make MLOs support more sustainable through slot swap, join service co-operation
- Freight negotiation/ freight quotation (rate enquiries from MLOs and NVOCC) and send official quotation to MLOs and NVOCC
- To have full knowledge of the Customer Business Model and its trend to identify cooperation opportunity
- Generate monthly forecasting and maintain performance statistics
- Analyse monthly performance statistics
- Manage service weekly utilization
- Responsible for billing issues such as follow up collection from cash debtors and close coordination with AR team to provide updated SOA
- Responsible for operational issues such as liaising with operation team for tight connection shipment and follow up with shippers and regional operation team on prohibited DG acceptance /surcharges.
- Attend to dispute on shut out/renom charges.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree Qualification in Business Administration/ Economics
- Relevant working experience in SOC Sales, Shipping
- Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint)
- Possess organizational and time management skills
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
