Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, the role will own and drive the strategy to optimize the use of business intelligence to support Corporate Services strategies. The role will also look and how management information can be used to support business to better manage expenses.
The role will not be limited to reporting on financial numbers but also having responsibilities to cover procurement operations, security reporting and operational metrics.
This role will drive and support the development of transformation strategies. The role will also ensure that key operational processes are reviewed and documented to adhere to business continuity requirements.
The candidate should possess strong negotiations and influencing skills, analytical skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, a work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations, and strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication.
Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead, own and drive the strategy to optimize the use of business intelligence to support Corporate Services (CS) strategies, ensure that regular performance results are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
- Analyze data to Identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and emerging risks in meeting CS functional goals.
- Analyze CS performance data and suggest process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and present metrics, comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights to the CS Leadership team and stakeholders.
- Present findings and insights to CS Leadership Team and key stakeholders, effectively communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Drive and support operational excellence within Corporate Services.
- Perform regular data validation to maintain data quality. Identify areas of non-compliance and work with the CS team to implement corrective actions.
- Develop and own the strategic project framework within Corporate Services to ensure projects are tracked to closure and benefits quantified.
- Engage with stakeholders outside of CS to identity MI needs and translate them into data analytics solutions to help drive better decision making.
- Support budgeting, quarterly accruals, forecasting, and monthly trend analysis.
- Develop stakeholder engagement packs for identification of optimization opportunities.
- Lead the procurement operations team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Implement, manage, and provide operational support for procurement systems and other procurement related activities.
- Provide training for internal stakeholders and service providers on any policy updates.

Working Experience
- Candidate must have minimally 5 years of work experience, preferably in a reporting role
- Experience in analytics work
