Responsibilities:
- Work in collaboration with the Property Manager to deliver outstanding support to estate residents.
- Perform daily inspections of the estate to maintain and ensure high standards of horticulture and maintenance.
- Implement improvement works as required.
- Manage and respond to feedback from residents and tenants.
- Attend to cases of obligations fufillment, such as payments owed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in facilities/property management.
- A teams player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
- People-oriented with a willingness to learn.
