Job Description:
- Address and resolve complaints, queries, and suggestions regarding common property promptly and effectively.
- Liaise with the Town Council to escalate and facilitate remedial actions for unresolved issues or complex matters.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all complaints, queries, and suggestions received for documentation and future reference.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as directed by your supervisor to support the overall operational objectives of the department or organization.
Requirements:
- Minimumrecognised diploma in Sociology / Counselling / Psychology / Social Work / Event Management / Mass Communication / Journalism / recognised qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in public/community relations
- Dedicated and possess a passion to serve the community
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
