Focus Movement is seeking experienced customer service personnel to join their dedicated front desk team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years' customer service experience
- Enjoys client interaction and service oriented
- Detailed, meticulous and able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in admin/face to face customer service work
- 5 to 5.5 day roster basis, one to two weekend shift in a month
MAIN JOB SCOPE:
- Attends and replies to client inquiries and bookings through face to face, WhatsApp, phone call, social media and email.
- Maintain general cleanliness and orderliness of the studio
- Ad hoc task as assigned
