Job Description
• Supervise building fire protection & security system
• Ensure compliance with Fire Code & Security requirements
• Conduct daily check on installation works
• Conduct coordination work with other trades.
• Assure compliance to code of practice.
• Understand of Fire & security system operation & function
• Prepare & submit permit to work application
• Assist operation & construction team on site activities related to Fire & security system.
• Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirements
· Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills and a leader to influence
· Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently.
· Diploma/Degree/Construction Facility Management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA , Possess quantity surveying skills is a plus
· Experience in a marine construction company is favorable
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCAD
· Able to start work immediately or short notice
· Singaporeans/ Singapore PR/ Malaysians or those holding relevant residence status may apply
