Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage and handle full set of accounts
- Preparation of monthly financial reports, bank reconciliation, cash flows and other finance-related reports
- Assist in account receivables and debts collection
- Assist in accounts payables and payment processing
- Review of daily/monthly sales transactions and investigating unusual variances/trends
- Preparation of monthly GST returns
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial and insurance agents
- Assist in HR-related functions.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree Holder in Accountancy
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles with at least 3 years in maintaining full set of accounts
- Proficient in SAP software is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office application, specifically in MS Excel
- Meticulous, organized, analytical and detail-oriented
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
