- To liaise with the Engineering team on software/hardware information including parts drawings for those lifts undergoing Lift Enhancement Program works for both HDB and Private projects.
- To assist in organizing and filing all the data received from Engineering team for Project Engineers to make reference when executing Lift Enhancement Program works.
- To conduct site surveys by taking photos of equipment on site and feedback to Engineer team for their assessment.
- To work with Sales Engineers on the Lift Enhancement Program proposals or quotations for the Customers.
- To assist in the preparation of documentations (e.g. T&C Report, Equipment O&M Manuals etc) requested by Town Councils prior to lift handover.
- To attend to any ad-hoc matters/issues assigned by the Dept Head/Manager.
Job Requirement
- At least Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
- Fresh graduate are welcome. Those that has prior experience in lift and escalator design and site working experience will commensurate a higher salary.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good communication (written and verbal) and following-up skills.
- Comfortable to visit construction job sites as and when required.
