General Accountabilities
- Explore business opportunities; build and develop detailed business plans, develop government relationships, identify key partners, accounts (system integrators, big installers,distributors) and end-users;
- Develop and implement annual and periodic sales activity plans; guiding Dahua sales team on best practice in creating unique, objective driven activity plans & analysing outcomes;
- Represent Dahua in key initiatives and develop relationships with relevant distributors and other third parties;
- Undertake direction, leadership and management of key market strategies;
- Prioritize target accounts and opportunities and work with the sales team to ensure Dahua is seen as preferred vendors for those partners;
- Plan key industry association and engagement activities;
- Anchor and update the business plan with the country manager quarterly
Job Qualifications
1. Experience in System Integrators / Project Direction.
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
3. Good communication ability, strong in logic, can work under pressure
4. Strong understanding in security market.
5. Strong experience in running multiple projects.
6. Ability to work with multiple deadlines whilst staying calm under pressure.
7. A high level of agility - be able to quickly adapt or evolve in response to changing circumstances
