Responsibilities
• Responsible for the hiring process on recruitment, selection and screening of staff
• Monitoring of employees’ employment contract
• Maintain & updating staff personal file;
• Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirements;
• Manage all matters relating to submission of government required surveys and mandatory documentations; • General HR administration, such as preparation of appointment letters, confirmation letter etc;
Requirements
· Min GCE ‘A Levels / Diploma
· Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
· No experience needed, full training will be provided
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Able to start work immediately
