Responsibilities
- Analyzing project specifications and preparing sales quotations.
- Providing pre-sales and technical support to clients.
- Coordinating with internal departments to meet delivery schedules.
- Addressing ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Conducting sourcing and negotiation with mills/suppliers.
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancement within the sales department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any engineering discipline.
- Previous experience with valve products in the oil and gas/marine and offshore sectors.
- Essential qualities include:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient project management abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated attributes such as urgency, attention to detail, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Capacity to thrive under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Exposure to project management methodologies is advantageous.
