Responsibilities:
- 12 hour shift (7am to 7pm), with break in between
- To be stationed at customer service booths at the transit terminals of Singapore Changi Airport
- Provide customer service for the booking, registration, waitlist and enquires of transit tours for passengers
- Upkeep the customer service booths and ensure they are in good working condition and cleanliness
- Maintain all equipment and logistics at the booths and ensure security of items
- Escort passengers to meeting point & liaise with tour guides for commencement of transit tours
- Attend all required trainings and updates
- Uphold a high level of customer service standard
- Manage feedback and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Compile daily reports to project manager and supervisor; and
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Background of working in customer service role is a plus
- Team player and able to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Excellent group management and time management skills
- Competent computer literacy and working with basic software (e.g. Microsoft)
- Detailed oriented
- Willingness to work and continuously learn in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work at least 4-5 full day shifts a week as well as PH & Weekends
