Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Part-Time Marketing Executive to join our team at Siam Square Mookata. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, coupled with strong marketing skills to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Create engaging content, manage posting schedules, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Content Creation: Produce compelling content including graphics and videos to showcase our menu offerings, promotions, events, and stories. Maintain brand consistency and authenticity in all communications.
Digital Advertising: Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns using platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Ads to reach targeted audiences, drive traffic to our restaurant, and increase online reservations and orders.
Event Promotion: Coordinating with the operations team to host influencers, promote special events, promotions, and collaborations through online and offline channels. Utilize creativity and innovation to generate buzz around our restaurant.
Customer Communication: Manage daily communication with customers through various channels, including Facebook Messenger, Google Reviews, and email. Respond promptly to inquiries, complains, feedback, and reviews to ensure a positive customer experience and address any issues or concerns effectively.
Qualifications:
Min Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Pro-active team player with desire to learn and grow.
