Field Service Engineer

About the Role:


The Field Service Engineer plays a key role in cooperation with the Sales and Logistics for periodic maintenance activities. He is also supposed to devise service contracts, manage customers' expectations by interacting and conduct periodic maintenance and breakdown management to cultivate strong customer relationship and also play the key role in equipment for Repair Exchange Program.


Roles and responsibilities:


· Coordination with sales, logistics and customer for the product delivery

· Uphold the availability of the medical equipment at customers’ site through repairs, periodic maintenance, warranty maintenance and breakdown management.

· Consistently reviewing customers’ equipment breakdown management and provide services in delivering beyond expectations.

· Prepare Service Documents catering to justifications to customers in provision of support services.

· Coordinate with internal members (Service Marketing) to devise service agreements, catering to customers’ needs and value.

· Maintain contractual obligations in service agreements to strengthen customers’ relationship with the organization, inclusive of rapport building and supporting brand’s loyalty.

· Manage planning stage and resource allocation.

· Support internal operation improvement plans.

· Focus on quality management.

· Any other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:


· Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

· 3 Years in Service / Sales & Marketing

· Equipment Repair Exchange Program and Service Contract Penetration

· Technical and computer skill set
