Role & Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Consistently and effectively learn existing and new products/programs.
- Develop, Build and Maintain strong, sustainable relationships with clients, and direct customers.
- Effectively communicate with clients and customers to influence their needs, and the best solution.
- Be able to accurately gather details, facts, and information from clients & customers, and make confident suggestions.
- Follow-up with Customers as needed to cultivate profitability.
- Actively search for, locate, develop and close business & customer sales or product and services.
- Provide consultation for all customers on products and services, provided by the company.
- Effectively communicate with internal clients and customers to ensure requirements are met, and offer solution to customers.
- Preparing reports and presentation materials for both internal and external customers.
- Actively carry out and follow-up on additional tasks assigned by Management and/or team lead.
Experience
In-Bound Sales experience preferred.
Required Skills
- You must be self-motivated to quote/bid, quick and eager to learn, and driven to achieve high-performance standards.
- Hard working, self-motivated, problem-solving, multitasking and positive attitude.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of customers, verbally and written English and Chinese.
