Job Description
Ensure that the nutritional value and quality of meals meet the required statutory requirements & standards.
Ensure provision of clean, safe, nutritionally balanced & palatable food in line with the needs of the residents.
Be responsible for the running of the Kitchen incompliance with the statutory regulations & standards of good practice.
Be responsible for the maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, food storage & serving areas.
Job Requirements
āNā or āOā level or WSG Certificate in Culinary Arts.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
