Job Description
The successful candidate will work under a project on Spatiotemporal analysis of interactions between cytoskeleton and integrin adhesions and will be responsible for looking at the interaction of proteins and membranes and especially at the cortical microtubule stabilization complex and the cortical cytoskeleton and its interaction with the plasma membrane.
The position would entail the use and maintenance of home-built TIRF and SPIM microscopes and the measurement and analysis of biological samples.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a PhD Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering or Computation or related field.
• Skills: Imaging Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy (Imaging FCS) and computational super-resolution techniques
• Experience in fluorescence microscopy and microscope construction and alignment
