Key Responsibilities:
- Identify talents who may be a good fit for the company culture and business.
- Manage recruitment and interview process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Post regular job openings on job portals and social media platforms
- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source for potential candidates.
Qualifications:
- Min. Diploma or A Level and above
- No prior experience is required as training would be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Possess high initiatives and positive mindset
- Enjoys people interactions and build relationships with others
